Two dates will be reserved for color belt testing in November and December. Saturday, November 11th, is reserved for white to yellow, and Saturday, December 2nd, for higher belt testing. These testing opportunities will take the place of the scheduled TKD class. All are welcome and encouraged to attend in uniform to help during the test by holding targets, free-sparring, taking pictures, and encouraging fellow club members.
Fee: The belt testing fee is $10, which can be paid in cash or electronically on the test day. The fee covers boards, belts, and other testing items.
Other Items: You should be able to demonstrate your favorite technique on both sides.
If you plan to participate in the belt test on Saturday, November 11th, complete this form by November 4th so appropriate testing supplies are purchased.
Congrats to Our Newest White Belts, Judy and Rong!
Additional white belt testing opportunities are available during the last 10 minutes of class for any new student who wishes to take a white belt test. The white belt test is a brief physical test followed by questions. If you are a new student and feel you can comfortably demonstrate the first form, Chun Gi, and know the school rules and native Korean exercise counting, then you are ready to take the white belt test. A uniform is then ordered for all new white belts.
