First Class for New Student is Wednesday, January 30th at 6 PM
We need as many returning students as possible at this class as there are often multiple opportunities to help provide guidance to an influx of beginners. Remember to share and invite your friends to the public Facebook event:

Saturday Belt Test & Potluck – Finals Week & Winter Break Schedule

First I want to thank Instructor Landers and senior belt Oleksiy Korniychuck for leading TKD classes during my absence. I’m sure the students appreciated the variety in drills and training.

Also, delayed congratulations to Instructor Landers for her efforts and placing in free-sparring at the past Midwest Open tournament.

Saturday, December 8th Belt Test and Potluck Reminder
Excited about the upcoming belt test this Saturday, December 8th in the ARC Combat Room? Warm-ups will start promptly at 12:00 PM. I recommend showing up at least 15 minutes early to ensure you are there on time. The belt test will take place instead of the 12pm-2pm class!

Also, if you are not testing please still wear your full uniform since you can definitely help out during the test by holding targets, free-sparring, taking pictures and encouraging your fellow club members.

Potluck
The potluck will take place at my house and begins at 5:30 PM. You can RSVP on the facebook event. Things to bring to the potluck: A tasty dish, dessert or beverage to share with the club and feel free to bring a spouse/significant other. Also, if you are attending sign-up to bring an item using the shared Google spreadsheet so that everyone doesn’t end up bring chips.
