White Belt Testing Information
Starting the week of September 19th, the last 10 minutes of class will be reserved for any new student that wishes to take a white belt test. The white belt test is a brief physical test followed by questions. If you are a new student and feel you can comfortably demonstrate the first form Chun Gi and know the school rules and native Korean exercise counting, then you are ready to take the white belt test.

Arriving Late – Perform the Late Warm-up Sequence
If you arrive late to TKD class (after the class has finished the initial jumping jacks), please perform the late warm-up sequence, bow in, and join the class. The late warm-up sequence is 50 jumping jacks, 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, and 50 leg lifts. It is extremely important to warm up the body before beginning kicking drills and martial arts training.
