Tonight’s Contemplation
“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Often in the do-chang, I witness someone’s true test of character when they are struggling with a technique or completely exhausted after a conditioning drill. Think about the words from Dr. King’s quote and think about how you can use them as motivation for your martial arts training.
