Dawn Hancock
Background:
Dawn received her BFA from Northern Illinois University. Upon graduation, Dawn worked for a year at a small graphic design firm. On the side, she volunteered at home for friend’s nonprotits (yers, logos), and helped out as much as she could. Dawn soon started to see that this work was impacting people a lot more than her full time job. After working for three years, Dawn decided to quit and begin Firebelly, a firm focused on design that ‘…create[s] positive world change connecting authentic companies with real people in socially responsible ways.’
