Reflection

Like I begin all of my reflections, the first step I took was to look over the comments made by my professor.  The majority of these corrections were grammar errors, spelling errors, or simply needing a bit of clarification.  A common mistake that I made in this paper was “utilizing” the word “utilize.  To fix this issue, I changed my verb usage for each instance that i used “utilize”.

Another mistake that I made was not citing source information that I used in one of my intro paragraphs because I assumed it did not need to be cited given that I was simply talking about the background of the party.  To revise this I simply went back to the platform document and found the places where I took the information from.

After revising my errors pointed out by my professor, I looked over the paper again on my own as a final check.  I looked for grammar and spelling errors as well as big picture changes I could possibly make.  For the most part there were only minor errors to be fixed.  An addition that I made was referencing the recent election and how that continued the lack of awareness/support of the Green Party.  Since this essay was originally written before the results were finalized I could not have included this before.
