Biography: Harshit is native of Bareta (Punjab), India. He completed his integrated bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry with specialization in inorganic chemistry from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali. Thereafter, he joined University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for his doctoral studies in inorganic chemistry and subsequently joined Snyder group in Fall 2022. He is currently working on the topic ‘Selective installation of multinuclear sites in zeolites’ where he is harnessing coordination chemistry of bridging and chelating ligands to selectively install unusual active sites. He likes to spend his free time in watching sports, listening to music, and reading mystery books.
