This was a fun assignment because we got to change it up and write a movie review. I’ve never written a movie review before, so I was in unfamiliar territory. I think it’s important to change assignments up because we need to get out of our comfort once in awhile. Even though we have to write topics we never have before, it helps us brighten our imagination and learn more about different writing styles.

For the most part, I think I did a good job. There are always things I need to improve on though. I needed to explain my reasons better. I was a little vague and could have been a lot more descriptive. So, I added a lot more to the facts to support my claim more and make it more detailed. This was a good idea because it clarified what I thought of the movie and gave important reasons why I thought that way. My weakness is fixing words here and there. These are so easy to fix, but for some reason I always struggle. This is good to know because now I want more people peer editing my essays so they find errors that I might not have seen before.
