Abstract

The context is that we created a metadata conversion and enrichment pipeline here for the Synthetic Biology Knowledge System. There are two aspects that we carry out here: 1) Conversion of ACS article-level JATS-XML metadata into SBOL RDF/XML metadata and 2) Enrichment of said metadata with normalized named entities.
