Nourishing the Planet is collaborating with Illinois Institute of Technology graduate students on a research project aimed at reducing global food waste, particularly in India, Thailand, and Africa. These projects aim at the “bottom of the pyramid” and will be featured in an upcoming e-book focused on reducing PHL through agricultural practices.
