As the fall semester comes to a close, we look back upon the achievements of our library faculty and academic professionals from the summer and fall. U of I researchers have traveled around the globe, collaborating with other Illinois community members and other scholars worldwide to advance research in their fields. From poster presentations to keynote speeches and round table discussions, we commend our researchers for their excellent contributions to the U of I and to Library and Information Science and other disciplines. A bibliography of these select presentations can be found below.
Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe, Coordinator for Information Literacy and Professor at the University Library, has been named as the new editor of its quarterly journal Library Trends by the School of Information Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her editorship will begin January 1, 2017.
