Congratulations to Sara Pedron and previous undergrad assistant Eftalda Becka for the acceptance of our new article, ‘Spatially-gradated hydrogel platform as a three-dimensional engineered tumor microenvironment,’ in Advanced Materials! The paper highlights Sara’s efforts using microfluidic patterning to create biomaterial avatars of glioblastoma multiforme, a common and deadly form of brain cancer.
