Here is the Conceptual Model IV.  Jon G., Nick H., and JaEun K. have been working on the model through several iterations. Big thanks especially to Nick Hoyt, who led this effort.

From the meetings on September 14 and September 22: the conceptual modeling was discussed and we made progress to building one. Here is the most recent conceptual model for A11y First Text editor by Nick Hoyt.

Basic objects from the conceptual model were selected and prioritized: Block object, Text object and Template object. Decided to consider Document object as a container, which includes block, text, and template object. [Please see white board sketches and objects note]

We are updating the A11y First github repository and setting up github wiki pages.

• Plugin instruction wiki which will provide technical help for plugin
• Work plan wiki which shows our work in progress

 

Objects (simple, compound, attribute), containment hierarchy, and task/action were discussed. In particular, we had a discussion on vertical separator. JaEun suggested excluding the vertical separator from the containment hierarchy.
