  • Next Generation Delegate 2017 in Global Food Security – Appointed by Chicago Council on Global Affairs,  Washington, DC.
  • Excellent Teacher, Fall 2016 – Ranked excellent teacher in the course “Sensory Evaluation of Foods” by 54 Food Science and Human Nutrition Students at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
  • Borlaug Summer Fellow – Awarded first prize for creating an innovative solution to address the Vitamin A deficiency in Ethiopia, by Center for Global Food Security, Purdue University, and received an honor to attend the World Food Prize – 2016.
  • Indian Council of Agricultural Research-International Fellow (ICAR-IF) – Fellowship awarded by Government of India to pursue Doctor of Philosophy education at University of Illinois, UC, USA.
  • TATA Fellow – Fellowship awarded by Navajbai Ratan Tata trust to pursue Masters education at Cornell University.
