Our long-term mission is to bring technologies or solutions developed in our labs to masses through sustainable models, to create a larger and better societal impact.  In order to improve the availability, accessibility, affordability and acceptability of our products, we have collaborated with Dudhsagar Dairy and Mansinhbhai Institute of Dairy and Food Technology, Gujarat, India. We share the common goal of making our products available to the most remote places in India by utilizing the well-established supply chain of dairy cooperatives. We have recently finished one of our collaborative studies on consumer acceptability testing of Sagar Poshan. This also made headlines in a few local newspapers of Gujarat:

In addition, Shashank also supports a Helferich Lab Project on Iron Fortification of Vinegar, in partnership with NEW Pathways to EnterpriseTM . The aim of this project is to explore the potential of iron-fortified vinegar production microenterprises in improving the livelihood and nutritional status of at-risk populations in the Philippines.
