I learned a lot from these sources the first time I read them, and re-learned some lessons the second time as well.  I respect all of these authors and their way of approaching writing and literature.

I did make changes throughout this paper, as I changed some sentences around so that they made more sense, and I added several sentences to really drive home some points.  The sentences I added were sentences that I felt really made the paper better and more coherent.  I made previously overlooked grammar fixes along with all of the suggested changes.  I made these changes to update my style of writing and make the paper flow better with more concise and intelligent writing.

I look at this assignment very similarly to the way I did when I first read it, but I would say that I now implement the lessons it taught me.  Instead of just saying that I will do these techniques in the future, I actually practice these techniques.  Each and every reflection that I have written for this assignment has been a result of LeMott’s “shitty rough draft” technique.

This may be the assignment that has impacted my writing the most since high school.  I have really taken what these sources have taught me to heart, and it was refreshing to re-read them for this revision assignment.
