Dr. Harley has received a two-year grant from the Mayo-Illinois Alliance entitled ‘Chip-based engineered tumor microenvironments for glioma therapy.’ Working with Dr. Dan Ma and Dr. Jann Sarkaria from Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN), this project aims to develop a scalable biomaterial tool to facilitate rapid, in vitro assessment of biopsy-derived glioblastoma multiforme cells response to inhibitor cocktails.
