Goal 3:  Understand the various stages of eLearning programs and initiatives in an organizational context.

Evidence:  What is interesting to me is how the history of educational technology is being interpreted and subsequently conceptualized into multiple frameworks intended to guide future policy and practice.

Reflection:  Strong says that the strategic planning process prepares an institution to anticipate, recognize, and adapt to change.  This is organizational change.
