I am still unsure of what to write about, but one of my topics is writing about the crime rate, or the types of crime, that occur on a college campus. The other topic I was thinking about revolves around ethics, more specifically, how people’s morals play into the Death with Dignity act. I narrowed down my list of possible topics, and these are the two that interested me the most. Philip Gerard stated people should write what they want to know, and I agree with that statement. Emails are sent from time to time about crimes that recently occurred on campus, and this makes me feel uneasy, but I want to know, how far do differing crimes occur near a college campus? As for ethics, I’m always interested in how people were raised and how this could have possibly affected what they believe in, so I want to know, how do different groups perceive the idea of taking one’s own life?
