German Government Investigates Postharvest Losses
A government study of postharvest losses in Germany finds the country has lost 3.3% of wheat, or about 820,000 tonnes, per year over the last three years. Prevention and Reduction of Food Waste
The European Economic and Social Committee released an ‘opinion on civil society’s contribution to a strategy for prevention and reduction of food losses and food waste’ after convening recently to discuss waste problems in Europe.
