Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences

The Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences honors transformative advances toward understanding living systems and extending human life. Each year, up to five Breakthrough Prizes in Life Sciences are awarded. One prize per year is for work contributing to the understanding of Parkinson’s Disease & Neurodegenerative Disorders. All prizes are individual and should recognize a single person’s contribution to the field of life sciences, with special attention to recent developments
