With this instrumentation and research template, Lotspeich-Yadao has provided a resource for any student affairs practitioner to learn more about the overall experiences of military-connected students at their institution. In Fall 2023, the Chez Veterans Center set out to assess the overall experiences of military-connected students at the University of Illinois with a focus on the need for programming and services, participation in high-impact practices, relationships with others on campus, and their everyday concerns.
