For the convenience of our participants, we have pre-booked a block of rooms at the Illini Union Hotel in the heart of the University of Illinois’ “campustown”, on Green Street in Urbana. To take advantage of special rates, forum participants should reserve accommodations individually, by August 20, 2017.

To make reservations online:

1. Go to http://union.illinois.edu/stay/illini-union-hotel
2. Click on “Book Now” located upper left of page
3. The below screen appears.
4. Fill in dates and other info.
5. Way at the bottom, click on the circle of the “Group Booking Code.”
6. Fill in your group booking code
7. Click on “Check Availability”.
8. Your group booking code is: NTU

Check-in: 3 p.m.; check-out: noon.
