The twin cities of Champaign-Urbana (C-U) are located approximately 240 kilometers south of the city of Chicago and approximately 200 kilometers west of the city of Indianapolis.

Most of our international visitors fly to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport en route to C-U. Many then connect to C-U by flying into the University of Illinois’s Willard Airport, located just minutes away from the conference venue, on one of six flights daily, operated by American Airlines subsidiary American Eagle.

Alternately, ground transportation between O’Hare and the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign takes approximately 2.5. hours.

For the convenience of Forum participants arriving on Wednesday, September 20, we have reserved ground transportation with Peoria Charter. An additional chartered bus will be available to transport participants from C-U back to Chicago on Saturday, September 23.
