Allison J. Price serves as Conflicts and Ethics Counsel at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She heads the new business acceptance department for the US side of the firm.  She focuses on assessing conflicts of interest and other risks associated with new business and hires at her firm. She also assists her firm’s General Counsel and firm attorneys in determining how to address issues of ethics and professional responsibility in the law. Ms. Price got her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998 from the University of Illinois, with a major in Communications/Environmental Science. She then received her J.D in 2001 from Saint Louis University.
