Crash Space Request
We’re able to provide limited crash space with our team members on a first-come, first-served basis for Friday and/or Saturday night. If your team needs housing, please fill out the form below, and we’ll follow up a few days before the competition with details. In previous years we’ve been able to accommodate everyone who requested space, and we expect to be able to do the same this year.
Local Hotels
If you’re booking a hotel, we recommend staying near the University of Illinois campus for the easiest travel to and from the competition. Rooms in the area often fill quickly due to other events, so it’s best to reserve early. If you’d like suggestions, let us know—we’d be happy to share a few local hotel recommendations.
