At the University of Illinois, using our Space Request Application isn’t always the most straight forward. So when a customer was having difficulty requesting a course with copied content from a previous course taught by a colleague, I just made a video how to do it so it can be used for future reference.
I’d like to be able to make a universal version of this video, but a lot of times requests like these are so particular that I don’t think a generic video would be as helpful.
