We occasionally get questions from students asking if it’s O.K. to use the Blackboard App or telephony option for participating in online classes that use Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. While it’s technically possible, there are restrictions in what a user can do on the app and over the phone vs. the experience of using a desktop or laptop.
