Every year I’m invited to present at the Fall and Spring Graduate Academy to train incoming Teaching Assistants on the use of Blackboard Learn. I use this opportunity to not just talk about Blackboard features, but I also cover topics related to eLearning and other centrally supported IT tools at our institution. I created the following Knowledge Base article to give to attendees as a catch-all for “everything you need to know” from the presentation.
