Congratulations to Guangzhao Chen for successfully defending his Ph.D. this Wednesday, June 28th, 2023. He is the third one from the Wind Engineering Research Laboratory.

His dissertation provides a streamlined method for collecting, recognizing and documenting the Field Indicators (FI) into the tornado damage reconnaissance dataset and verify the ability for governing and adjusting the numerical vortex field.

Guangzhao will be joining Florida International University as a post-doc.
