Faculty Advisor 

Dr. Eunjung Grace Oh

Dr. Oh is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Development in the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  Her research interest includes the effective design and integration of learning and technological innovations for adult learners to support their learning, performance and career development in various learning environments. She teaches courses on Instructional and Training System Design, Learning Technologies, Online Teaching and Learning, Adult and Professional Education, Program Evaluation, and Management of eLearning. She is also a coordinator of Human Resource Development concentration as well as undergraduate Workplace Training and Development Concentration of Learning and Education Studies.

Eunbyul Emma Park

Eunbyul Emma Park is a Ph.D. student in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership (EPOL) with a concentration in Human Resource Development (HRD). Her research interest includes individual digital competence in relation to organizational/industrial contexts for the reskilling and upskilling workforce and critical approach regarding technology accessibility. Her academic interest is aligned with her professional goal as an HRD scholar to contribute to society by addressing issues in practice.

Charles T. Stephens

Charles is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Education Policy, Organization & Leadership (EPOL) department with a concentration in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Diversity & Equity in Education. He has research interests in the role of Critical Race Theory on the evolution of the critical HRD conversation, the role that organization support structures have in facilitating diversity management strategies, and the cumulative experiences in leadership development by historically minoritized groups in executive roles. It is his passion to create equitable spaces in the workplace. Charles brings over 15 years of work experience in higher education and the private sector. At UIUC he is currently the director of career services for the College of Applied Health Sciences.

Cecilia Vaughn-Guy

Cecilia Vaughn-Guy is a first-year Ph.D. student in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership with dual concentrations in Human Resource Development and Diversity and Equity in Education. Prior to matriculation into this program, she worked as an occupational therapist in clinical, hospital-based, and academic settings. Her research interests center on amplifying the voices of frontline healthcare workers, reimagining equitable and sustainable organizational hierarchy, and creating and sustaining organizational change through culture.

Ning Ching Zulauf 

Ning Zulauf is an Assistant Director of Corporate Engagement at Gies College Career Service for global employer relations. She is a first-year doctoral student in the Human Resource Development Program Ph.D. program. Her research interest centers on human and technology interactions. She is also interested in career development, adult learning and professional training, and organization development. Her career passion is to help other adult learners in an organization continue to advance themselves.
