Call for Nominations!
Have you taken a great class in ENGL, CW, RHET, or BTW lately? Please consider nominating one or more of your favorite teachers from the English department for an undergraduate teaching award. The process is quick and easy; you can access the nomination form here: https://apps.atlas.illinois.edu/FormBuilderSurvey/Survey/LAS/English/Undergraduate_Teaching_Award_Nominations/Survey
We rely heavily on student nominations to identify candidates for these awards, and it’s particularly important that we acknowledge those people in the department who teach courses that cater primarily to non-majors, so please, if you feel you’ve benefited from the skill and commitment of English department instructors, help us reward their hard work. Graduate student TAs, instructors, lecturers, and professors teaching in English, Creative Writing, Rhetoric, Business & Technical Writing and film studies are all eligible for these awards.
Thank you!
