Dua is a Master student in Department of Architecture at UIUC. She got her bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from University of Sharjah, UAE. Worked as a research assistant for five months in University of Sharjah. Her research interest focuses primarily on low energy environmentally friendly designs, covering a broad range of subject areas, including energy performance, thermal comfort, ventilation, building materials, daylight, climate change, and design strategies. In the future, my research effort will be directed toward the aim of developing energy-effective solutions that will support and improve buildings’ designs and enhance the quality and the performance of buildings.
