Registration and Payment

How do I register for the meeting?
Register for the meeting by visiting the registration page. The link to complete the registration form will be live approximately 4 months before the meeting.

How do I receive announcements for the meeting?
Sign up for announcements here.

What is included in the cost of my registration?
Registration fees include participation, lunch, snacks and coffee during the breaks.

Are meals included with my registration?
The registration includes coffee breaks and lunch on all three days.

What are the housing options?
Please refer to the Location & Accommodations tab. We have secured two hotel blocks at a discounted rate, as well as 20 dorm rooms. Pay close attention to the book by dates. There are many additional hotels in Champaign and Urbana as well.

Do invited speakers have to register/pay to attend?
Yes.

Is there an option for virtual participation?
This will be an in-person event with broadcasting and recording available for remote viewing. Details for virtual access will be made available approximately two weeks before the event. This will be provided free of charge (no registration).

Will presentations be recorded?
Presentations will be recorded.

Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?
The detailed program will be emailed to all registered participants one week before the meeting.

Can you provide an invitation letter for visa purposes?
We are not authorized to assist with the visa process. We can provide the participant with a Letter of Invitation. Please email info-caps@lists.ncsa.illinois.edu.

When will attendees receive their name badges?
Name badges will be provided onsite and must be worn during sessions and meals.

How will an author know if their abstract was accepted for a short talk?
All authors will be contacted before the registration deadline.
