      • Joseph Faucher’s new paper in APL describes the first, high-efficiency AlGaInP solar cells grown by MBE. A close coordination between materials growth efforts and simulations enabled us to design and demonstrate high-performance solar cells in a very challenging material system. See the story in Semiconductor Today.
