Sam Barder, Editor-in-Chief
Sam received his bachelor’s degree from New York University in Political Science and his Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Dominican University. He will graduate from the College of Law in 2023. Before law school he worked as an elementary school math teacher in his hometown of Chicago. He is interested in commercial litigation, market manipulation, and regulatory policy. Sam enjoys hiking, cycling, and suffering with Chicago’s sports teams in his free time.
Kyle Warbington, Managing Editor
Kyle graduated from Wabash College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and will graduate from the College of Law in 2023. Corporate regulations and climate change’s impact on companies drive his interest in business law. He previously interned at the Chamberlain Group and Brookfield Properties which further fueled his interest in corporate and transaction work. In his free time, Kyle likes to play golf, listen to true crime podcasts, and travel.
Anton Jones, Notes & Articles Editor
Anton received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Radford University in Radford, Virginia. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Anton worked as an aquatic’s director where he taught lifeguard courses, swim lessons, and boating classes. Anton will graduate from the College of Law in 2023 and is currently interested in transactional work within the entertainment industry, as well as white-collar litigation. During his free time, Anton enjoys outdoor recreation, watersports, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
Kyler Baier, Notes & Articles Editor
Kyler received his bachelor’s degree in Classics, English, and Philosophy from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After graduating he took a gap year during which time he operated a small painting business and applied to law school. Kyler was admitted into the University of Illinois College of Law and will graduate in 2022. His business law interests focus on the ways in which the internet has posed new and difficult challenges to traditional legal doctrine. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, reading, and otherwise goofing off.
