I found that during my writing process,  I have a habit of going on and on creating run on sentences and sentence fragments. When I am writing, I often write things down as ideas come to me. I think that it is a good habit because it constantly keeps my ideas flowing as I write but also has its drawbacks, as I often make small grammatical mistakes. also found that in this essay there were multiple format mistakes and this is something that I really want to improve on in the future.  Overall I found the readings very interesting and mainly because of how relatable it was. I often found myself doing some of the same behaviors that were listed by Adler when I had to read a book and absorb the information that it gave me.
