FAQ – Troubleshooting Common Issues
There is no sound coming out of my wireless microphone.
- Your transmitter batteries may be weak or dead. Is the green light glowing steadily brightly on your transmitter?
- Check that you’ve correctly set the channel to match the studio. This video has instructions for doing that.
The camera keeps turning off and on during my class.
- The power has most likely caused the camera to revert to default settings. You will have to reset the camera to our streaming settings. See “Resetting the Camera” in the Complete Operations Guide video for instructions on how to fix this problem. You will need a tall person or will need to stand on a sturdy chair to do this.
I think someone messed with the audio interface settings.
