Are you interested on majoring in Spanish? Would you like to study abroad to complete your Spanish degree in one year? Look no further! Year Abroad in Barcelona is THE program for you! Come and join us for this semester’s last informational meeting! You will also be able to talk to students who participated in the program and ask them questions!

Great SP15 course with study abroad in Benin–ENGL 274
This spring, Professor David Wright will be teaching a section of ENGL 274 on slavery that includes two weeks field study in Benin, Africa-what was formerly called the “Slave Coast.” The course will count as a Literature & the Arts Gen Ed.

There will be an information session on Wednesday, November 12 at 4 PM in Lincoln Hall 1060. You can also contact Professor Wright at wright3@illinois.edu to ask questions and to determine if the course would be a good fit for you.
The deadline for applications for the course is December 1 and students will know within a day or two if they’re admitted.
And please note: the course has been, and will continue to be, vetted for all relevant health and safety concerns.
