Great course for students interested in the hospitality industry

The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition currently has seats available in FSHN 145 – Intro to Hospitality Management (https://courses.cites.illinois.edu/schedule/2015/spring/FSHN/145).   We have seats open to all majors.  This is a great hands-on course for students interested in the hospitality industry.

Explore the foodservice aspect of the hospitality industry by assisting Hospitality Management seniors in the Spice Box Restaurant taking FSHN 443.
