Winter Session 2014-2015

We are excited to announce a new session in which students can enroll in courses. The Winter Session 2014-2015 offers an opportunity for undergraduates to take four-week courses from our campus. This provides another option for our students who wish to progress in their education during the time between fall and spring terms to enroll in high-quality classes taught by Illinois faculty.

The 2014-2015 Winter Session is a pilot, so this go-around, eight popular online courses are being offered:

·         ATMS 120, Severe and Hazardous Weather
·         BADM 300, The Legal Environment of Business
·         BADM 310, Management and Organizational Behavior
·         BADM 350, IT for Networked Organizations
·         BADM 380, International Business
·         ECON 102, Microeconomic Principles
·         ECON 203, Economic Statistics II
·         SOC 100, Introduction to Sociology.

A marketing campaign from the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) will be up and running next week. In the meantime, we appreciate you sharing information about Winter Session with your advisees. An Advising FAQ is below to hopefully help with some of the inquiries you’ll receive from students, and even more information is available on the Office of the Registrar’s website and CITL’s Winter 2014-2015 site.
