The Global Studies Leaders are hosting an event called “Get To Know Global Studies” on Monday, September 15th at 7 PM in the Lucy Ellis Lounge (1st Floor of the Foreign Language Building).
Upperclassmen from each of the seven LAS Global Studies Thematic Areas will give a short presentation on how they have made the most of the major—specifically courses they have taken, internships experiences, RSOs that connect with the major, and study abroad opportunities. This is a great opportunity for students to understand how they can tailor this major to their career interests.

- Human Rights
- Environment, Sustainability, & Social Responsibility
- Wealth & Poverty
- Governance, Conflict & Resolution
- Cultures in Contact
- Knowledge, Communication & Information Systems
