Application of food preparation principles and techniques in the preparation of standard food products; principles of food management and their application in the planning and preparation of meals.  Prerequisite: FSHN 101 or concurrent registration.

Seats are now available to outside majors in two of the FSHN 232 labs sections that meet on TR; the 11:30-1:20 and the 2-3:50 labs.  The lecture for this course meets on TR from 8-8:50.  Outside majors will register in lecture section AL2, CRN 62852, and pay a $56 class materials fee.
