We would like to remind you of two upcoming deadlines for programs sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Research:

Conference Travel Grants – This is a competitive award in which student submit their acceptances and proposals for national and international conferences and the office will reimburse the winners for travel expenses up to a designated amount.  Details and application available at https://illinois.edu/fb/sec/9442674.  Deadline for applications is 30 April 2014.

Undergraduate Research Certificate – Students who achieve specific research benchmarks during their course of study receive special recognition and a certificate of accomplishment.  Requirements and application are available at http://www.provost.illinois.edu/our/opportunities.html  Deadline for applications is 8 May 2014.
