The Educational Partnership Program Undergraduate Scholarship is for students from Minority-Serving Institutions, including HSIs. Includes an academic scholarship and internship. http://www.epp.noaa.gov/ssp_undergrad_page.html
The Education Partnership Program is for rising juniors (those about to become juniors) from Minority-Serving Institutions (Hispanic Serving Institutions, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribal Colleges and Universities, Alaskan-Native Serving Institutions, and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions). I could not find UIUC on any lists of such institutions on-line, so this one likely does not apply. I am trying to verify that UIUC does/doesn’t qualify and will follow up if I find out we do.
