Registration for the 2014 SPS Zone 8 Meeting is open!

In order to complete registration, you will be asked to pay a small $10 registration fee* in addition to a $10 deposit which will be refunded at conference check-in. Registration will close on October 10th.

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Hampton Inn at a special discount rate for conference attendees. In order to secure your room, you will need to register and reserve your hotel room before October 1st. Please note that the hotel reservation deadline is earlier than the conference registration deadline. If you register after October 1st, we will be unable to guarantee you a hotel room.

As part of the SPS Zone 8 Meeting, students have the opportunity to present research in the form of a poster or oral presentation. Submission of abstracts for both posters and presentations can be done either during registration or at any time afterwards before registration has closed. Students are encouraged to submit early, as there may be a limited number of slots available for student presentations.
