Colleen Breems

PARTNER, BEERMANN LLP

Colleen Breems is a Partner at Beermann, a premier family law firm based in Chicago. She has focused her legal career on matrimonial and family law, including marriage dissolution, parentage proceedings, Orders of Protection, and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Breems also serves as a Guardian ad litem and Child’s Representative in Cook County, a Parenting Coordinator, and is a trained mediator. She got her Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in 2011 from the University of Illinois, where she majored in Human Development and Family Studies. She then received her J.D. with a Certificate in Family Law in 2014 from DePaul University College of Law. She received her mediation training in 2011 from Northwestern University.
