On August 27th, FAO Assistant Director-General and Regional Representative Hiroyuki Konuma launched a new initiative aimed to curb food loss and food waste in the Asia-Pacific region. United Nations Launches Zero Hunger Challenge in Asia and the Pacific
On April 29, the United Nations launched the Zero Hunger Challenge in Asia and the Pacific, where nearly two-thirds of the world’s chronically hungry people live.
