Amazing Illinois Race TEAM scavenger hunt

For a little fun and to keep you walking during the next few weeks, we announce the Amazing Illinois Race team scavenger hunt!  While you are not required to accumulate any goofy or unique objects during this hunt, you do need to provide evidence you actually made it to the locations by submitting a photo.  *Please note, by submitting your selfie photos you give the Walking Challenge planning team permission to share these. .  As a team, compile all your selfie photos and submit one scan of all completed locations to Scavenger hunt submission.  We just need to be able to tell which location you are visiting so be sure to include a sign or something identifying about the location.

What’s the benefit in participating?  Your team earns 1000 extra steps for each clue.  If your team completes all 10, your team is awarded an additional 1,000 steps for a total of 11,000 earned!  Your team can complete the hunt in whatever way works – do it together, divide it up by team members or make your team over-achiever do it all. J  All submissions must be received by 4pm on Monday, July 15th .

STAY SAFE!  Some locations may have heavy traffic, construction and/or are otherwise busy during the summer.  Please refer to https://humanresources.illinois.edu/campus-wellbeing-services/resources/online-toolkits/iWalk-Toolkit/Walking-Safely.html  for some walking safety tips.
