BFAPA and senior leadership recognized Black faculty, staff, and administration who have achieved accolades over the past year. 

Vice Chancellor Dale Wright was recognized with a Trailblazer Award. Jill Clements, Ulyssia Dennis, Katrina Jones, Emily Knox, and Kimberly Mack were presented with Outstanding Achievements awards at the event. Leadership in Service & Innovation was presented to Dionne Lipscomb, Sammer Saleh Jones, and Yolanda Williams Goliday, and the Major Career Milestone Awards were presented to Lorenzo Baber, Tamara Bertrand Jones, Theopolies Moton III, Helen Neville, Dementro Powell, and Kimberly Otchere.

The Office of Access, Civil Rights, and Community, and the Black Faculty and Professionals Alliance thank everyone who attended last week’s State of Black Faculty and Staff event.

Tekita Bankhead, La Tanya Cobb, Ashley Davis, and Karen Tabb Dina were given Outstanding Achievements awards during the event. Leadership in Service & Innovation was presented to Ollie Watts Davis and Yolanda Williams Goliday, and the Major Career Milestone Awards were presented to Tionna Hunter and Desiree McMillion.  Thank you for your unwavering commitment to excellence.
