Fall Meetings To Be Scheduled!

Greetings from The GSLIS Students of Color!

I am so happy to report that we have had both a Fall planning meeting and an official meeting on Friday, Sept. 26th for the Graduate School of Library and Information Science Students of Color! These meeting include the introduction of future activities, leadership, and information regarding scholarships and awards:

  • New Co-Presidents Brittany Jones & Kinyetta Nance
  • Panel events for applying, finding, and keeping graduate assistantships
  • Spectrum scholarship, SAA, and ALA award deadlines (via our awesome Google Calendar!)
